Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently. Utilize Zoho CRM software for effective communication and data management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field (Building Materials, Construction, architecture/interior design, preferably Doors and Windows segment) Excellent communication skills for client coordination and vendor follow-ups. Proficiency in AutoCAD for design documentation preparation. Strong understanding of Zoho Books for invoice processing and PO creation.
