🔹 Role Overview

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach:
Connect with potential candidates/clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Consultative Selling:
Explain offerings, pricing/EMI options, and outcomes clearly while handling objections confidently.
Follow-ups & Closure:
Nurture leads, schedule Zoom calls, share proposals (e-sign), and close deals.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain CRM/ATS records (preferably Salesforce), update sales stages, and publish daily/weekly MIS reports.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with onboarding and training teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
Targets & Growth:
Achieve defined sales targets while improving conversion rates across the funnel.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

Freshers welcome
(comprehensive training will be provided).
Up to 1
–2 years of experience
in inside sales, edtech, staffing, or IT services is a plus.
Excellent
spoken & written English communication
with confident presence on calls/Zoom.
Strong
sales aptitude
: objection handling, active listening, urgency creation, and value articulation.
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a team environment.
Strong work ethic, resilience, and coachability in a
night-shift, target-driven setup
.
Familiarity with tools such as
CRM/ATS (Salesforce), Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn, Zoom, WhatsApp Business
is an advantage.
