Job Description

We are seeking results-driven professionals to join our sales team. As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our customer base. Your role will involve conducting product presentations and educating customers on the benefits of our cattle feed. To excel in this position, you need to have an in-depth understanding of cattle feed benefits, customer needs, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and meet sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, gathering and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches, generating regular sales reports, and providing insights on market trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in team building, management, and people development, as well as providing techno-commercial support to the company. This role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the cattle feed sales sector. A graduate in any discipline is preferred.
