Autodesk Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote, present, and sell Autodesk software solutions to potential and existing customers.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Autodesk products and packages.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Territory Management

  • Manage specific NCR zones such as Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, or other assigned regions.
  • Plan daily travel schedules and maintain timely coverage of industrial areas, corporate hubs, and SME clusters.
  • Maintain strong visibility in the assigned market to grow brand presence and customer reach.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and customized solution discussions.
  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with technical support and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit a

    daily

    trip/visit

    report

    , detailing customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of leads, pipeline status, and closures in CRM tools.
  • Mandatory

    reporting

    to

    the

    office

    every

    Friday

    for weekly review meetings, performance updates, and planning.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 0–4 years of experience in B2B field sales; prior experience in software/Autodesk/CAD solutions is an advantage.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory targets.
  • Good understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE/engineering workflows (preferred).
