Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide sales support to customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and handle their queries related to property purchases.
  • Provide pre-sales support by handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely project possession.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of residential sales, luxury sales, villa sales, B2C sales, real estate marketing, direct sales, HNI sales, plot sales, plotted development.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling and telemarketing activities.
