As a Sales Specialist - Plotted Development, your role will be based in Bengaluru on a full-time, on-site basis. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable solutions. Your daily tasks will involve delivering sales presentations, managing client interactions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position demands a keen awareness of market dynamics, necessitating collaboration with the marketing and development teams to meet sales objectives. To thrive in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service capabilities, along with a proven track record in Sales and Sales Management. Experience in conducting training sessions for sales teams, an adeptness in recognizing market trends and client needs, and proficiency in negotiation and deal closure are essential. Your ability to build and maintain relationships, coupled with a background in real estate sales, will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial for this position.,
