Job Description

About the Role: Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and successfully closing sales of residential and/or commercial properties. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and result-driven. Primary Responsibilities: Sales & Conversion Present project features, amenities, pricing, and benefits effectively to clients. Conduct property site visits and assist clients through the decision-making and booking process. Negotiate (as per defined guidelines) and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Maintain continuous follow-ups with potential buyers and support them through documentation and post-sale activities. Handle client queries promptly and provide accurate project information. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow. Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and lead conversions. Secondary Responsibilities: Market Research & Intelligence Stay updated with current real estate trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the management for strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calls, digital campaigns, and site walk-ins. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Key Skills & Competencies Customer first attitude: Keeping calm and patience with customers all the time Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong networking and relationship-building ability Goal-oriented with proven sales aptitude Self-motivated and target-driven Good understanding of property documentation and RERA guidelines (preferred) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
