Customer Relationship Management Maintain continuous follow-ups with potential buyers and support them through documentation and post-sale activities. Handle client queries promptly and provide accurate project information. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow. Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and lead conversions. Secondary Responsibilities: Market Research & Intelligence Stay updated with current real estate trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the management for strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calls, digital campaigns, and site walk-ins. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimising, and driving end-to-end operational excellence across multiple real estate projects. Know-how on how things progress in various real estate projects (like Plotting development, Villas, Apartments, etc) would be necessary. The role ensures seamless coordination between project execution, statutory approvals, procurement, sales support, customer handover, and all cross-functional teams. This senior leadership position demands strong technical expertise, process management skills, and exceptional people leadership. Key Skills & Competencies • Expertise in real estate project execution (non-technical aspects) and various stages involved. • Strong understanding of BDA/BBMP/BMRDA/RERA approval workflows. • Excellent planning, coordination, and analytical skills. • Proven leadership and people management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders (Landlards, Contractors, Legal teams, Investors etc) • Strong negotiation and vendor/contractor management ability. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools would be an added advantage. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and handle crisis management. Language English: read, write and speak Hindi: speak Kannada: speak (would be an advantage considering the location) Telugu / Tamil: speak (would be an additional advantage)
