Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

    • Actively engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Demonstrate the features and benefits of various bike models to customers.
    • Close sales by guiding customers through the purchase process, including financing options and warranty details.

Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on the latest bike models, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
    • Provide customers with detailed information about bike specifications, pricing, and promotions.|

Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Promotional Activities:

    • Participate in sales events, bike shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • A passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of bike models and specifications.
