As a Sales Executive at our dynamic sports retail environment, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience for sports enthusiasts of all levels. You will be responsible for: - Greeting and assisting customers, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and interests. - Demonstrating products, explaining their features and benefits, and ensuring customers have the right gear for their needs. - Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals to achieve sales targets. - Supporting promotional campaigns and in-store events to enhance customer engagement. - Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times to maintain store appearance. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the Apparels, Sports, or retail sectors. Freshers engaged in any sports can also apply. - Strong interest in and knowledge of various sports, sports equipment, and active wear. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of strong sales performance. - Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide clear, concise information. **Additional Company Details:** Immediate joiners are preferred.
