The role involves managing channel sales, onboarding new dealers, strengthening market presence, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage dealers, distributors & retailers in assigned region
Daily market visits for product promotion & order booking
Appointment of new dealers and expansion of distribution network
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Monitor product visibility, branding, and competition
Ensure timely payment follow-up & delivery coordination
(ASM/Manager) Lead sales team, set targets & monitor performance

Required Skills

Dealer & distributor network handling
B2B field sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation & market understanding
Ability to achieve targets in competitive markets
Team management skills (for ASM/Manager roles)
Two-wheeler mandatory for executive-level roles

Candidate Profile

Experience in
Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Building Materials, Interior Products
preferred
Candidates with strong local area knowledge
