Job Title: Sales Executive – MEP Projects Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and target new clients in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings and presentations with consultants, architects, project managers, and contractors. Understand client requirements and propose suitable MEP solutions. Sales & Quotation Management: Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals in line with company policies. Coordination: Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage post-sales client queries. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project announcements. Provide feedback to management on pricing strategies and customer needs. Requirements:Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in MEP projects. Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read drawings and BOQs. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic estimation software.
