Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate qualified leads, build relationships with SME decision-makers, and close deals. |Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect SMEs (10–200 employees) across industries such as IT services, legal, pharma, consulting, and manufacturing. Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and partnerships. Conduct product demos tailored to customer pain points. Build strong relationships with business owners, directors, and operations/HR managers. Manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure in CRM. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and industry trends. Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS / ERP / HRMS / business management tools. Strong understanding of SME challenges (attendance, payroll, project tracking, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet targets. Comfortable with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
