Job Description

As a Sales Executive at TIMAB India (Phosphea), your role will involve further developing the business activities in the animal feed market in Uttar Pradesh. You will report to the Business Development Manager and play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and expanding the business for our products in Uttar Pradesh - Monitoring the market, including competition and potential clients - Building and managing a B2B client portfolio and distribution network by sourcing contacts, prospects, and partners - Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts to optimize results such as margins, volume, and market share - Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of your assigned area To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduation in International Business/International Sales with prior experience in sales of Agri/Agro products or familiarity with trading commodities - Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred - Core skill in business travel for sales meetings (75-80% travel) - Excellent negotiating skills and a customer-oriented approach - Strong listening skills and a results-driven mindset - Willingness to relocate and cover the assigned market as per the Reporting officer's instructions Join us at TIMAB India (Phosphea) to contribute to our mission of providing mineral-based solutions for animal nutrition and be a part of our growth in the animal feed market in Uttar Pradesh.,
