As a Technical Development Manager - Poultry at TIMAB India (Phosphea), your primary goal is to further develop Phosphea's range of specialty mineral products in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sell technical and value-added products to customers in India - Build relationships and network with various stakeholders, especially the technical team of the client - Interface with industry influencers, nutritionists, and maintain relationships - Promote products requiring technical expertise - Lead product trials, publish trial reports in coordination with the technical team in France - Report market intelligence and operational details to support business development - Advise on new products and ideas for potential ventures **Qualifications Required:** - Educational background in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field with techno-commercial expertise in animal nutrition/animal health - Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development Manager/Sales Manager role with direct sales experience - Proven track record of sales growth and managing sales or marketing teams - Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques - Expertise in relevant technical and value-added products or services - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Innovative approach to introducing new product ideas in the Indian market - Exposure to international markets and multi-cultural teams - Organized, dedicated, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindset,
