Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for road marking and protective coating products in Silchar/Agartala region. Develop new business opportunities through B2B marketing, industrial sales, and techno-commercial sales. Build strong relationships with contractors, government institutions, and corporate clients to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects from start to finish. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during project execution. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in ROAD MARKING and PROTECTIVE COATING / WATERPROOFING Graduate in Chemical or Civil field; MBA preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of road marking paints and protective coatings used in infrastructure development projects. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
