Role Overview

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard banks, NBFCs, for MSME receivable financing programs.
• Represent in institutional meetings, roadshows, and financial ecosystem events.
• Manage partner relationships, collect feedback, and coordinate for credit, compliance, and finance teams.
• Support the signing of MOUs, execution of term sheets, and documentation follow-up with partner institutions.
• Track partnership performance and prepare regular updates for leadership.
• Travel to key financial hubs (as needed) for partner engagement and due diligence support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in institutional or B2B financial relationship management (banks/NBFCs preferred).
• Strong professional network in local or national banking/financial circles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for meetings and events.
• Prior experience in fintech, MSME lending, or institutional partnerships is an advantage.
