The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting products, handling inquiries, and supporting sales campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products - Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups - Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and campaign execution - Meet daily call targets and conversion goals - Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends. Candidate Requirements: - 3-4 years of telecalling experience in the FMCG sector/ industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Graduate in any discipline; fluency in English and Hindi.
