Job Description

Role & responsibilities Developing sales and marketing strategies Generating leads and reaching out to prospective customers Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person Handling and resolving client queries and complaints Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data Coordinating with other departments within the manufacturing and back office domains to ensure smooth sales pipelines. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success Background in food/food processing/packaging industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Experience in B2B sales is required Perks and benefits Opportunity to work in a newly launched operation and to drive sales from the ground-up
