Sales Executive ( Real Estate Sales)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understand and maintain in-depth knowledge of all current real estate projects and property details. Communicate project features, amenities, pricing, and legal aspects to clients professionally. Build and manage a database of prospective clients; follow up on leads promptly. Participate in real estate exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Organize and conduct site visits to showcase properties and explain key features and investment benefits. Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment plans to close deals effectively. Assist clients with the booking process, including documentation and payment coordination. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales transactions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Utilize and regularly update the company's CRM system for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory. Graduation (Bachelors degree) is compulsory. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must have a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
