Who We Are Looking For: We seek a dynamic, polished, and highly persuasive Sales Executive (Male/Female) who will become the charismatic face of our brand, excelling in delivering world-class customer service, and driving sales to completion. Your Role: As a Sales Executive, you will manage end-to-end client interactions, from the first inquiry to the closing of deals, showcasing exceptional administrative efficiency, professional communication, and the ability to build immediate rapport with high-end clientele. Key Responsibilities: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). Conducting personalized and engaging site visits to highlight project features and locality advantages. Maintaining rigorous follow-up routines to nurture leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions. Executing high-caliber presentations tailored to upper-middle-class prospects. Performing comparative market analyses to demonstrate competitive advantages and justify premium pricing, particularly for backside inventory. Closing deals effectively, handling negotiations, and ensuring all documentation processes are seamlessly completed. Managing and verifying booking forms, KYC documents, and agreement formalities with precision. Coordinating with banks and legal advisors for loan facilitation and agreement registrations. Tracking and managing digital marketing leads from platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, reporting insights and conversions regularly. Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute sophisticated, targeted campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client footfall. Performance Measurements: Weekly site visits and follow-up calls logged into CRM. Lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion ratios. Sales pipeline status and closures reported on a weekly basis. Customer feedback and experience ratings. Documentation accuracy and turnaround time. Engagement metrics from social media and digital leads. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in premium sales environments (Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Automobile). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, agreement processes, and KYC compliance. Proficient in CRM usage and digital marketing lead tracking.
