This role requires strong experience in sales management, particularly in the jewelry industry, with a proven history of achieving targets and building client relationships. As a critical member of our leadership team, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities ·  Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet company objectives. ·  Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals. ·  Identify new business opportunities and trends to grow the customer base. ·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors. ·  Analyze sales data and market insights to improve performance. ·  Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies with business goals. ·  Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and seize emerging opportunities. ·  Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Compensation and Benefits ·  Salary: ₹2,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum (Inclusive) ·  Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM ·  Relocation & Travel Support: Candidates should be open to relocation if required.
