The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring brand growth, lead generation, and strong online engagement.   Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain company websites end-to-end. Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and ensure website optimization. Regular website updates and performance monitoring. Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, and event-based campaigns (festivals, birthdays, exhibitions). Develop creative reels, posts, and stories to enhance brand visibility. Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Manage budgets, A/B testing, and ROI-driven performance marketing. Collaborate with design team for flex, banners, and branding creatives. Ensure alignment of creative assets with brand identity. Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking. Build and optimize funnels for lead generation and customer acquisition. Define and execute digital growth strategies for both brands. Independently manage the complete digital footprint of the company.   Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing and performance campaigns. Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools. Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end digital activities.
