Job Description

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record-keeping Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for timely delivery and dispatch of jewellery items Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate stock records using inventory software (e.g., Excel, Tally, or any jewellery ERP) Prepare invoices, quotations, and billing documents Maintain purchase and sales registers Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients, designers, or suppliers Handle back-office support for sales and showroom staff
