Sales Executive (Brand Partnerships)

Your Role

You’ll be the bridge between Picklemonk’s creativity and the brand world. Your job is to identify opportunities, craft smart pitches, and close meaningful partnerships that drive growth for both clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries for creative, digital, design, and content solutions.
• Build a strong and healthy sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and referrals.
• Understand client challenges and collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to propose custom brand solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with confidence and clarity.
• Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Share regular market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback with leadership to refine our offerings.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of sales experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or creative services.
• A confident communicator with the ability to engage CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers.
• A strong storyteller who can connect creative ideas to business outcomes.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable owning your numbers.
• Passionate about brands, digital culture, and creative communication.
• Graduate or MBA preferred, but we value hustle, creativity, and results over degrees.
