Job Overview :


Otrix is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves achieving sales targets, participating in BTL activities, and managing on-ground sales operations. If you are passionate about sales, have strong negotiation skills, and are driven by results, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Actively participate in Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to drive brand visibility and sales.


Retail Networking:

  • Identify, onboard, and expand the retail network within assigned territories to ensure optimal market penetration.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing them with the necessary support and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Actively engage with retail partners to gather market insights, ensure proper product placement, and drive sales through effective collaborations and promotional strategies.


Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Prepare sales reports for management and provide insights on market performance.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for improving sales effectiveness.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the product team to understand offerings and relay client feedback.

Key Requirements:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the Personal Care & Beauty industry is preferred.
  • Passionate and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
