Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle of our ERP solutions, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales support. A strong understanding of ERP systems is essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to key business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms, and conduct market research to find new opportunities.
  • Understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to determine how the ERP solution can provide value.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts and provide client feedback for product improvement.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP sales or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and solutions.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
