Job Title: AI Developer - Manufacturing ERP

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design and implement intelligent components within our Manufacturing ERP system. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data engineering with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP modules (Production, Inventory, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR/Payroll, etc.). This role will be pivotal in building AI-driven decision support systems, predictive analytics, and process automation for our ERP product suite.

Key Responsibilities

AI Module Development

•

• Build recommendation engines for procurement optimization, resource planning, and workforce allocation.

• Develop computer vision and NLP pipelines for manufacturing workflows (e.g., defect detection, intelligent document processing).

Data Engineering & Integration

•

• Ensure seamless integration of AI models with ERP backend (.NET, SQL Server, microservices).

• Implement APIs for AI services and integrate with existing ERP workflows (HL7/FHIR for healthcare manufacturing, if applicable).

Analytics & Insights

•

• Implement real-time monitoring of production KPIs, resource utilization, and supply chain health.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with ERP functional consultants and manufacturing SMEs to understand business challenges.

• Stay updated on AI trends (generative AI, reinforcement learning, edge AI) and propose innovative applications for manufacturing ERP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•

• 3+ years of experience in developing AI/ML models for enterprise applications.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and ERP database structures.

• Experience with .NET APIs, REST/Swagger, and microservices integration.

• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP modules: Production Planning, Inventory, Quality, Maintenance, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain.

• Strong grounding in statistical models, predictive analytics, and optimization algorithms.

• Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate manufacturing challenges into AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

•

• Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for ERP workflows.

• Knowledge of time-series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM) for demand and supply planning.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or supply-chain ERP systems.
