Artificial Intelligence Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions to implement accelerated automation in the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents in the developers IDE and devops pipeline.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-native implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Document designs, workflows, and technical processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Build and evaluate AI/ML solutions for DevOps and engineering processes
• Driving architecture discussion and decisions to closure.
• Work in Agile methodology
• Build prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and business value and own the solution till production
• Develop and implement AI-agents integration with VS code and other IDE tools
• Integrate AI into existing platforms to improve automation, code quality, and developer productivity
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and AI adoption within DevOps practices
• Stay updated with the latest in AI for software engineering, DevOps, and automation

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-11 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related engineering roles
• Strong coding skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, react or Go)

• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native development particularly those related to AI/ML (bedrock, sagemaker, kendra etc)

• Familiarity with development tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
