Job Description

Sales Target Achievement ○ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. ○ Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve these goals. Lead Generation: ○ Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. ○ Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services. Client Engagement/Demo ○ Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products or services. ○ Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements. Client Engagement: ○ Fixing face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products or services. ○ Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements with the support of the reporting manager Relationship Management: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. ○ Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Reporting & Documentation: ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems. ○ Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market feedback.
