Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting product solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, creating sales plans, negotiating contracts, preparing presentations, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals will be essential.

  1. Bachelor's degree in

    , or a related field.
  2. 13 years of experience in

    B2B sales

    , preferably in

    manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to understand and communicate technical products effectively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
  3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our product portfolio.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  6. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) for order execution.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  9. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Experience dealing with OEMs, distributors, or industrial clients.
  2. Knowledge of
