Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Documentation Manager to lead the development, organization, and maintenance of high-quality technical content for our materials, nanotechnology, and metallurgy business verticals. This role will ensure that all documentation—datasheets, technical manuals, tender documents, and project write-ups—meets industry standards, communicates complex concepts with clarity, and supports both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Documentation Development: Create, edit, and maintain datasheets, user manuals, technical reports, project documentation, and tender write-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Product, and Business Development teams to gather and interpret technical information. Process Management: Standardize and streamline documentation processes across all projects to maintain consistency and quality. Quality & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry norms, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete documentation lifecycle—from initial draft through review, approval, and publication. Sales & Tender Support: Provide precise, well-structured technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and client-facing materials. Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and best practices to enhance readability, usability, and brand consistency. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical documentation or technical writing, with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role. Strong expertise in technical communication and document management systems. Proven ability to create and organize technical manuals and datasheets for engineering or scientific industries. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nanotechnology, metallurgy, or advanced materials is highly desirable. Key Competencies Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
