Technical Documentation Manager

Position Overview
Matrixnano is looking for a motivated Technical Documentation Manager (Junior/Entry Level) to develop and maintain high-quality technical content for our materials, nanotechnology, and metallurgy business. This role is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 2 years of experience who has a passion for technical writing and a keen eye for detail. You’ll receive guidance and training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create datasheets, manuals, and project documents that meet industry standards and communicate complex concepts clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical datasheets, manuals, tender documents, and project write-ups.Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and business development teams to gather and organize technical information.Help standardize and streamline documentation processes across projects.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company style guides and industry norms.Support the sales and tender teams with well-structured technical documentation.Learn and implement best practices for document formatting, templates, and style consistency.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience: 0–2 years in technical writing, documentation, or a related field.
