Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals Present company services to new and existing customers Maintain sales documentation and CRM updates Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Track and analyze sales data to identify trends Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports Support the sales team and resolve any sales-related concerns promptly Required Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering only Experience (or internship) in the automotive or manufacturing sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Technical understanding of automotive/manufacturing processes Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel for client meetings and events Good multitasking and time-management skills
