About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets consistently. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) for smooth delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (1–3+ years preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
