Tele caller Executive

• Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers to explain products or services, generate interest, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
• Inbound Call Handling: Answering calls from customers to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide information or support.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining customer contact details, recording interactions accurately, and building customer relationships.
• Data Collection: Gathering customer information and other relevant data.
• Sales and Targets: Meeting set sales targets, closing deals, and promoting products or services.
• Complaint Resolution: Handling and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
