Tele caller Executive

Job Summary:

The Tele caller Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential clients who are interested in immigration, or visa services. The role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and Converting the leads into Potential sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasive, and customer-handling skills to convert inquiries into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about immigration and visa services.
• Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and provide basic information about programs and eligibility.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients with regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets, lead generation goals, and conversion ratios.
• Provide accurate information and ensure high-quality customer service during every interaction.
• Keep up to date with company services, processes, and immigration updates to provide relevant information.

Requirements:

• Freshers with Excellent communication and Interest in sales are mostly preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or immigration consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Australia and Canada PR processes; familiarity with visas for New Zealand, UK, USA, and Europe is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Qualification:
Bachelors of Degree in any stream or Diploma
