Bahubali Group is a leading manufacturing company based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, specializing in PET Preforms, Caps & Closures, and Packaging Solutions. We are now seeking a Sales Executive – Key Accounts to strengthen our customer relationships and drive new orders from our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing key customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Generate repeat orders and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and forecast revenues.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explore new opportunities within the existing client base.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Based in or ready to relocate to Ajmer, Rajasthan.
