Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with proven experience in management and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Oversee B2B sales initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing accounts, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in technology sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills in negotiation, business development, and technical sales.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Previous management experience leading a successful sales team is essential.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in technology sales or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
