We are a premium luxury homeware store specializing in high-quality, exported crockery and designer tableware. Our brand focuses on elegance, craftsmanship, and an elevated customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Second-in-Command to support daily store operations.
• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth store functioning
• Maintain store display standards for luxury crockery and homeware
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Handle billing, stock updates, and basic inventory management
• Assist in receiving, organizing & tagging new products
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and premium brand presentation
• Support promotion and sales of store
• Track daily sales, targets, and customer feedback
• Resolve customer queries with a calm, professional approach
• Support in visual merchandising and promotional activities
• Prior experience in retail / crockery / lifestyle / homeware (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle premium clients and explain product details
• Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, POS) is a plus.
• Responsible, disciplined, and good at multitasking
• Presentable, polite & attentive to detail
• Exposure to premium luxury retail
