Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Company:

Graven Automation Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company engaged in industrial automation, electrical equipment supply, and project execution. We cater to industries such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and marine with a wide portfolio of automation products including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and control panels from globally reputed brands like Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and electrical product sales.
  • Handle inquiries, generate quotations, and follow up with clients to convert leads into orders.
  • Meet potential customers, consultants, and OEMs to present product offerings and services.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the application and procurement team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and post-sale service coordination.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all sales activities including visit reports, CRM updates, quotation logs, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and execution of projects.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns when required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of automation products (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Control Panels, Motors)
  • Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to read and understand basic electrical/automation drawings
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in industrial/technical sales, preferably in automation or electrical industry
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi & English (written and spoken)
