GMS Group, headquartered in Singapore, is a premium provider of customized loyalty marketing solutions and related technology products for the hotel industry. Founded in 1999, GMS now has a network of over 100 offices across 15 countries in the Asia Pacific region and employs over 1,300 staff. The company specializes in designing, implementing, and managing successful loyalty programs tailored to each brand. Our goal is to help hotels drive incremental F&B member spend, providing hotels with effective tools to optimize their F&B operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in relationship management and client engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the hotel industry and loyalty marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
