GMS Group, headquartered in Singapore, is a premium provider of customized loyalty marketing solutions and technology products for the hotel industry. Founded in 1999, GMS has more than 100 offices across 15 countries in Asia Pacific and employs over 1,300 staff. With over 20 years of experience, we design, implement, and manage successful loyalty programs tailored to each brand. Our aim is to drive incremental F&B member spending in hotels, providing an effective tool for optimizing F&B operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and presenting our loyalty solutions to potential customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
