Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position located in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and connecting with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, managing sales pipelines, and providing technical guidance about industrial valve automation solutions. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Proven sales expertise, client engagement skills, and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Technical knowledge of industrial valves and automation systems
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required within client regions
Previous experience in sales within industrial, manufacturing, or valve-related industries is preferred
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field is an advantage
