Job Title: Sales Executive

Industry: Cello Tape / Adhesive Tapes / Packaging Materials

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, competitive, and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth in the packaging and adhesive industry. The role involves generating new business, managing existing customers, and ensuring market expansion for cello tape and allied adhesive products. Candidates with industrial / packaging / adhesive B2B sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, retailers, and end users.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis & pricing comparisons to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Educate clients on product specifications, adhesive properties & application usage.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch & logistics teams to ensure timely delivery & order tracking.
  • Maintain customer interaction records, sales data & follow-ups via CRM tools.
  • Visit customer sites regularly and attend industry exhibitions, packaging expos & trade fairs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales MIS reports and share with management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce or related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in adhesive tapes, packaging materials, industrial supplies, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of handling multiple client accounts.
  • Must be willing to travel across assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & CRM software.

Salary Range

  • As per Industry Standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance
