Job Summary:

Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Initial Contact:

○ Cold Calling

○ make initial calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Flow Interio’s services.

○ Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and project scope.

Client Interaction & Meetings:

○ Schedule and organize client meetings to discuss their requirements and present design options.

○ Conduct product and service walk-throughs, showcasing the company’s portfolio and design capabilities.

Quotation & Proposal Preparation:

○ Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on client requirements.

○ Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure quotes align with project expectations.

Customer Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

○ Keep track of leads and sales activities using CRM software.

Reporting & Administrative Tasks:

○ Maintain records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.

○ Ensure that all documentation and sales activities are properly organized and up-to-date.


Qualifications:

  1. ● Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales.
  2. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. ● A passion for interior design and the ability to effectively explain design concepts to clients.
  4. ● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. ● Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  6. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Skills Required:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.

● Proactive and capable of scheduling client meetings with managers.

● Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

● Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
