Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual customer acquisition targets
  • Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Convert inquiries into successful move-ins through effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for lead management
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and competitor trends
  • Enhance Stanzas brand presence through targeted B2C sales initiatives

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage and convert leads through persuasive selling
  • Proactive mindset with a data-driven approach to sales
  • Experience in real estate, co-living, or hospitality is a plus
