Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the two-wheeler industry. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective marketing strategies. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote two-wheeler products. Collaborate with the sales team to design promotions, discounts, and other customer engagement activities. Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels. Plan and execute brand activation events and sponsorships. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and partners to enhance brand loyalty. Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials, product brochures, and sales presentations. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage events such as product launches, roadshows, and exhibitions to showcase two-wheeler models. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the two-wheeler segment. Monitor and optimize spending to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automobile or two-wheeler industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
