Job Card Preparation: Accurately create job cards and record all relevant vehicle issues. Mention customer instructions clearly for workshop reference. Service Estimation and Communication: Provide customers with service estimates. Explain repairs, maintenance processes, and cost breakdown. Seek approval for additional work and keep customers updated on job status. Coordination with Workshop Team: Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Monitor the progress of vehicle servicing or repair. Post-Service Follow-Up: Explain service details to customers at the time of vehicle delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Follow up with customers after service for feedback and relationship building. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain daily service records and generate required reports. Ensure all processes follow Maruti Suzuki standards and quality checks. --- Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or any discipline.
