Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Sales Growth: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Excel Enclosures products and services, including custom solutions and technical specifications. - Sales Support: Assist with preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. - Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion. - Order Management: Ensure timely follow-ups on customer orders and handle post-sales processes, including customer service and satisfaction.
