Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Sales Growth: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Excel Enclosures products and services, including custom solutions and technical specifications. - Sales Support: Assist with preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. - Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion. - Order Management: Ensure timely follow-ups on customer orders and handle post-sales processes, including customer service and satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial products or manufacturing sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
